Asked about changing rooms was told there wasn't one that's ok I said then the manager went into a rant about not having to give a cash refund but he would as good will gesture this is the most ignorant man I have ever spoke to definitely in the wrong job I would not recommend this shop avoid at all costs.
Awful store - horrendous customer service, staff dont want to be there, dont want to help and are extremely rude - shop elsewhere - now store next door - night and day re customer service

I felt I had to write a review regarding my recent (and previous) visits to Sports Direct at Bishopbriggs. I have unfortunately had several problems with walking boots leaking, however, on returning the boots all the satff have been very helpful and understanding, in particular the 'two Brians' who dealt with my problems very efficiently, and satisfactorily. I have been a long term customer of this branch and have never had a problem. Long may this continue! Well done guys (and girls!)
