Went over last weekend to look for a new car. I was provided with informed advice, had all my questions answered, and was generally given excellent customer service. Colin Houston, the product consultant I dealt with, had a really in-depth knowledge and personal experience of driving Toyotas. Having an Arnold Clark Product Genius go on a test drive with me was very helpful, as I knew next to nothing about hybrid cars. And finally, when I went to collect the car, after all the paperwork was done, a product genius sat with me in my new car to talk me through all the controls (which was really appreciated, as it was vastly different to my last car!). So I guess the long and short of this is that I'd thoroughly recommend Arnold Clark Toyota Bishopbriggs - excellent product knowledge and customer service.
