Bathroom fitted 4yrs ago, had furniture replaced twice, had a leak 2yr ago which went into bedroom next to bathroom, fitted wardrobes ruined! Now had another leak, this time water coming down into kitchen causing kitchen ceiling to crack. AVOID
So helpful lovely showroom decided to go with this company for a new bathroom and kitchen ceiling
very poor service after my kitchen was fitted,they were supposed to come back to rectify some faults ,twice they failed to turn up for the appointments,during installation they were more interested in getting out of the house and not in ensuring the work was done properly, only interested in taking your money, would not recommend and would not use them again
We had a ew kitchen fitted in. December 17. A few weeks ago we noticed the tiles rising and removed the plinth under the washing machine it was flooded. First thing next morning Franco a plumber and a joiner came and pulled out the machine. My sink had been moved and the old sink pipe had never been capped off either outside or inside. We did have a blicblo drain outside but this they unblocked with two tubs of drain free. Franco said that the water would have backed up through my new sink letting us know that we had a blocked drain outside but instead it had a free outlet to flood the kitchen. He told us to take photos and he did the same. Imagine our utter amazement when the owner of the company said he was taking no responsibility as the old pipe had been capped with silicone!!! and our blocked drain had blown it out. No evidence of this in our photos and Franco took the same ones. They then spoke abiua how such a simple mistake could cause some much damageand asked me if I knew the plumbers name. He had also fitted one leg of the machine down a hole in the floor and every single joint under the new sink had to be tightened. If that boy is a plumber the we are master craftsmen. Sometimes you just have to hold your hands up and admit a mistake was made. We have had torrid time with industrial heaters and all our flooring ripped up. We have been treated really poorly by this company and have reported them trading standards. One star so I could post this. Joe and Liz Stuart.
Kitchen and bathrooms transformed! All involved truly professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this superb company. Would give 10 Stars if I could.
